Our prices reflect our commitment to providing our guests with the highest standards of safety and reliability. We provide our staff with fair and competitive wages as well as continuing education opportunities for both bartenders and management. All of our bartenders are licensed, professional, and covered by our insurance.
When you hire Party on the Rocks, you have the option of purchasing alcohol directly from us or supplying your own. Upon booking, we work with you directly to determine the amount of alcohol your event needs and to customize a drink menu that you and your guests will love.
Party on the Rocks serves Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound area, including all of King County, Pierce County, and Snohomish County. If your event falls outside of this area, please contact us for specific pricing.
Let us know how many guests you’ll be having, what kind of food you’re serving and if there are any special requests. We’ll let you know how many staff you’ll need to ensure that all your guests, including you, are wowed by the service they get.
All of Party on the Rocks staff have been completely vetted by a third-party administrator. We run national background criminal history screening and all have been trained on the job by one of the partners. We also carry a million-dollar liability policy that backs us up.
Our Bartenders vary in age, style, and skills. This is to ensure that we have the right fit for every event. Let us know what kind of party you’re hosting and we’ll make sure we have the right team member.
We have lots of clients who just want their guests to enjoy a safe and fun event at your house. We will simply charge you a 25% gratuity and if a guest asks about tip our staff will let them know it has already been taken care of by their host.
Of course you can! We have many clients who supply the beer and wine for happy hour and then have Party on the Rocks supply the liquor during dinner, or vice versa! This is a great way to keep your costs down while offering a full array of beverages to your guests.
Yes! Party on the Rocks is one of the only bartending services in the Seattle area that possesses a liquor license. This means that we can provide the liquor, beer, and wine to our private event clients. We offer competitive pricing and can provide everything you need for a full-service bar.
